# Messaging Terms & Opt-In Policy

Terms for text messages and other business communications from GroundWork RevOps.

These Messaging Terms & Opt-In Policy ("Messaging Terms") apply when you choose to receive text messages or similar mobile communications from GroundWork RevOps LLC ("GroundWork RevOps," "we," "us," or "our").

## How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive messages from GroundWork RevOps by providing your mobile phone number and consenting through a website form, meeting booking flow, written agreement, email exchange, direct conversation, or another clear opt-in method. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services.

## Types of Messages

Messages may include scheduling updates, meeting reminders, project or support communications, service-related notices, follow-up on inquiries, and other business relationship communications. We do not use SMS consent to send unrelated third-party marketing.

## Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us, active projects, meeting schedules, and support needs.

## Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sent or received messages according to your mobile plan.

## Opting Out

## Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability.
